Formed in 2005, ECCO Group is an umbrella organization providing centralized, global support functions to the operating companies of the group. ECCO Group and its subsidiaries are worldwide market leaders in emergency lighting and audible warning equipment for commercial and emergency vehicles.
From the group headquarters in Boise, Idaho, USA the ECCO Group provides finance, IT, product engineering, product development and purchasing for all its divisions. This includes ECCO and Preco in the United States, Vision Alert and Delta Design in England and Hazard Systems in Australia. Global OEM Sales, a department that handles sales to vehicle manufacturers and private label customers for each division, also reports to ECCO Group.
